Measurements-
For fruit, 1 scoop is 2 oz, 2 scoops is 4oz, etc.
1 pump of water is 2.5oz, 3 pumps is 5oz, etc.
1 scoop of turbinado sugar is 2oz.
1 scoop of yogurt is 3oz.
1 scoop of protein/whey, etc, is 2oz.
1 scoop of PB is 2oz.
1 pump of OJ, Lime, etc. is 3oz.
Scoops change depending on liquid or solids. I've never been a worker - but I found a document almost 10 years ago (not online anymore, tried looking for it) that I saved to my computer, and it had measurements. I worked out all the actual measurements of every smoothie based on it via Quizlet recipes with the scoops. Mine to TSC's taste basically the same, can't tell a difference. :)
